To qualify for a return, your item must be:

· In its original packaging with tags and hygiene stickers intact

· Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

· Items missing original packaging, tags, or hygiene stickers

· Items with visible wear or damage not caused by shipping

· Customized or personalized toys

· Final sale or clearance items

· Gift cards

Photo or Video Proof Requirement

For any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. This step is necessary to validate claims before a return or refund is approved.
